Wicked Good Trivia was born on the North Shore of Massachusetts and is written weekly by siblings Wes and Malachi Rosen and is emceed by Malachi. WGT is a fun, adaptive and an ever evolving trivia night! Inspired by trivia games such as Jeopardy, Trivial Pursuit and other generic pub trivia nights; WGT is a lively meld of them all with an independent flair that allows questions to be relevant to events of the week, holidays and local goings on!

FAQs

  • Our trivia typically runs in the 2 hour range. There is an intermission between the 1st and 2nd rounds for scoring before going over the answers, the standings and jumping into round 2. There is a shorter break after the 2nd round to score that round before going over the answers and crowning a winner!

  • No! Teams only need to bring up their answer sheet once we’ve completed the round in it’s entirety. It cuts down on need for excessive back and forth, and keeps the game moving.

  • Yes! I have many playlists that can be played and added to. Typically I play a mix of music from the 60s-90s, It is a good mix of vibes and songs that everyone knows. Music is played and volume adjusted between questions to help lessen extra chatter being heard between teams.

  • We don’t currently but are in the works on getting our own PA system. However for the time being, we are knowledgeable on most audio/stereo set-ups that your establishment may have.

  • I don’t! Cheating is discouraged and mentioned at the top of the game. Unfortunately the risk of folks cheating is part of the game. If a team feels the need to cheat, thats pretty lame. But we of course do our best to stay on top of it.

  • NO! We proudly do not use ANY AI when writing our trivia!

  • I have stickers and pens!
